General Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sales of digital products offered on the site

2. Products

RESET SYSTEM is a digital product including PDF files, audios and templates.
No physical product is shipped.

3. Order

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information when purchasing (name, email).

4. Price

Prices are indicated in CHF including all taxes, if applicable.
The Publisher reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the price applied will be the one displayed when ordering.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, or any solution indicated during purchase.
Transactions are secured by the chosen payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).

6. Delivery

The product is immediately accessible after payment via download link.
A confirmation email is also sent automatically.

7. Right of withdrawal & reimbursement

In accordance with the rules on digital products, no right of withdrawal can be exercised after downloading.
A refund is only possible in the event of a technical problem preventing access to the product and not resolved by our support within 7 days.

8. Responsibilities

The Publisher cannot be held responsible for the results obtained following the use of the product.
RESET SYSTEM is not a medical, psychological or therapeutic substitute.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (PDF, audios, templates, texts, logos, images) is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, distribution or resale without authorization is prohibited.

10. Personal data

The data collected (name, email, payment information) are used only for processing the order.
They are never resold to third parties.

11. Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to the law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Publisher's registered office.
